What we actually do

Wallet recovery is not magic, and it is not guessing blindly. The job is identifying what kind of recovery problem you actually have, then applying the right workflow.

01

Review

We learn what wallet type, software, age, and access materials you have.

02

Qualification

We determine whether the case has enough usable information to justify recovery work.

03

Secure Handling

Sensitive materials are handled through secure, controlled workflows — never through a basic contact form.

04

Recovery Work

If the case qualifies, we apply the correct wallet-specific recovery process.

Is my wallet recoverable?

We cannot guarantee recovery. What matters is whether enough usable information still exists to work from. The conditions below reflect what we see in cases that succeed — and the ones that don't.

Potentially Recoverable

  • You own the wallet
  • You have the wallet file, seed words, partial password, old device, export, or useful clues
  • You remember patterns, phrases, dates, or password habits
  • The issue is compatibility, corruption, hidden wallet, forgotten passphrase, or partial information

Not Recoverable

  • Stolen funds
  • Sent transactions
  • Lost funds from a scam
  • No wallet file, no seed, no password clues, no useful information
  • Requests to access someone else's wallet

Start a Case Review

Provide initial context about your wallet issue. We will review and determine if there is a realistic recovery path.

Security note

Never send your full seed phrase through a contact form. Start with context — wallet type, software, age, and what you still have. Sensitive materials require a controlled handoff process.
